During the Third China International Import Expo, Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as“SHAPHAR”), as a representative of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises in Shanghai, has conducted business negotiations with a number of well-known pharmaceutical companies, with an expectation to write a new chapter together. In the joint witness of He Guowei (Member of Philips Global Executive Board and President of Philips Greater China), Liang Jianqiu (General Manager of Philips Greater China Connected Care Business Group and Strategic Cooperation Department), Kong Fa (General Manager of Philips Marketing & Solution Center), Li Yongzhong (Executive Director and Vice President of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), Tang Pengcheng (Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), Xu Keda (Assistant General Manager of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Le Yan (General Manager of SHAPHAR Medical Instruments (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.), the memorandum of strategic cooperation was signed jointly by Ai Li (General Manager of International Department of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and General Manager of SPH KDL Health (Shanghai) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Li Tao (Head of the Governmental Affairs Department of Philips Greater China).
